Booking Policy

These are the key things to know before you book a stay through Sustayn.

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include taxes and fees. The amount on the payment screen is the amount charged to your card.
• You pay the full amount by card when you book.
• When you tap Book this room, the room is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay. If you do not pay in that time, the hold ends and the room is released.
• If you start booking the same room for the same dates again, your earlier unpaid hold is replaced by the new one.
• Without the Free Cancellation add-on, a booking is non-refundable once paid.
• With Free Cancellation you can cancel in My Trips until 48 hours before the check-in date. The stay and any breakfast are refunded to your card; the Free Cancellation fee itself is not refunded.
• Bookings cannot be changed in the app. If something has gone wrong with a booking, contact us and we will help.
• Check-in and check-out times are shown on each stay’s page.
