Getting started

Sustayn helps you find and book eco-friendly places to stay in the UK, and shows the carbon footprint of each trip.

  1. In the search bar, choose where you are travelling from, where you want to go, your dates and who is coming.
  2. Narrow the results with Filters: trip mood, type of stay, amenities and price.
  3. Open a stay to see its Sustayn rating, the CO₂ of your whole trip and a day-by-day itinerary.
  4. Press Book Accommodation, choose a room and any extras, and continue to payment. The room is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
  5. Pay by card. Your trip then appears in My Trips.

You can also ask Willow, our AI travel assistant, for ideas at any time: press the green chat button in the corner of any page.
