Managing a booking

Open My Trips from the menu under your name and choose the trip. Under Manage your booking you can:

  • Change dates: move the stay to other dates of the same length in the same room, up to 48 hours before check-in. The price does not change.
  • Schedule check-in time: tell the property when you expect to arrive.
  • Edit name or number of guests, your phone number and requests for the host.
  • Cancel your booking, if you added Free Cancellation (see below).

Under Contact property you can call the property or send it a message. The property replies to your email address.

The trip page also shows your confirmation number and PIN code, the address with directions, the CO₂ of your trip and your invoice.
